   - Your registered email address on the account.

* Verification: To verify your identity we may contact you, then process with your data deletion.

4. Processing Time

Data deletion process will be within 30 days, after receiving and verifying your request, and you'll be notified once your data has been successfully deleted.

5. Exceptions to Data Deletion

Certain data may not be eligible for deletion if:

- Legal Obligations: We are required to retain your data for legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons.

- Ongoing Transactions: Any unresolved issues such as pending transactions, your data may be retained until those issues are resolved.

6. Data Deletion

Impact:

- Loss of access to your Sandi Video account.

- Forfeited remaining subscription time, no refunds issued.

- Must create a new account to use Sandi Video services again.
