Communications and Marketing Preferences
Email and Text Messages
If you prefer not to receive promotional communications from us via email or text message, you can update your preferences by visiting the “Notification Settings” option for your profile in the “Account” section of our website.
You may also unsubscribe directly by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in an email or replying STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to a text message. You may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from transactional or service-related communications, such as messages about billing, account updates, or other essential service notifications.
Push Notifications
You may choose to receive mobile push notifications from Sandi Video. We’ll send these based on your preferences as configured on your mobile device or in your account settings.
If you later decide you no longer want to receive push notifications, you can turn them off in your device’s notification settings or through the “Notification Settings” section in your Sandi Video account.
Accounts
Registration
You must create an account to view programs on Sandi Video. To register, you’ll need to provide a valid email address. By creating an account, you consent to receive important notices and service updates at that email address.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to create a Sandi Video account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and, if under 18, that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.
Parents and Guardians
If you allow your child to use the Service through your account, you agree that you are responsible for monitoring and supervising their activity.
If you believe your child has accessed Sandi Video without your permission, please contact us immediately so we can disable or restrict access.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you use a shared device, always log out after each session. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify us as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property and Licenses
License to Programs
During your active subscription period, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream—and, where available, download—Sandi Video programs for personal, non-commercial use. This includes content made available in your subscribed channels or programs you have purchased.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, retransmit, or publicly display any Sandi Video program;
- Use any content for commercial purposes;
- Create derivative works from any program; or
- Violate any rights held by Sandi Video or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sandi Video.
Purchase Options
Subscription
For a recurring fee, you may stream the programs offered within your subscription channel as often as you like during your subscription term. We may add or remove programs from the channel at any time.
Purchase
After paying the applicable fee, you may stream the purchased program an unlimited number of times and, where permitted, download it for offline viewing.
Payment and Pricing
A valid payment method is required for all purchases. Prices and terms are subject to change.
All purchases, including recurring charges, are final and non-refundable.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. When your free trial ends, your paid subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial period expires. The full monthly or annual fee will then apply.
Automatic Renewal
To the extent permitted by law, subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless canceled at least one day before the renewal date listed in your Billing Settings.
Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans renew every 12 months.
Canceling Renewal
You can pause or cancel your subscription renewal in Billing Settings. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not affect active subscription time. We may, at our discretion, decline renewals.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase a subscription through a mobile app, billing will be handled by the app platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
To manage or cancel in-app subscriptions, access your platform’s account settings. For billing questions, contact the app platform directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandi Video, its parent company, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses);
- Any disputes or issues between you and another service user; or
- Any damages exceeding the greater of USD $100 or the total amount you paid to Sandi Video in the 12 months preceding your claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations
